Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Information

Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Provider
We use GoSweetSpot to deliver all orders across New Zealand.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $9 NZD for shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

Delivery Area
We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Tracking is available on request. If you’d like a tracking number for your order, please email us at nina@foundmagicherbalhaircare.com once your order has been placed.

Delays
While we aim to ship promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions or ingredient availability. If your order is affected, we will contact you via email to keep you updated.

Refunds, Replacements & Faulty Items

Change of Mind
As a small handmade business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. We are happy to offer a refund or replacement in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We do not require items to be returned—a clear photo of the issue is sufficient.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
